Tatum Barbaree's practice encompasses a range of privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters, including corporate transactions, incident response, and compliance.
Tatum advises clients in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions on cybersecurity and privacy matters, including due diligence. She also has experience assisting clients in navigating data breach investigation and response, including advising clients on forensic investigations, notification, and other legal obligations. In addition, Tatum provides strategic counsel on compliance with state, federal, and international privacy laws, helping clients navigate an evolving global regulatory landscape.
Prior to attending law school, Tatum worked in the nonprofit industry in digital marketing.
