Rachel Krutz Baker focuses her practice on intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent litigation. She has worked on matters for clients in district court, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and before the International Trade Commission (ITC). Rachel draws on her technical background to assist with matters across a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, life science tools, and consumer electronic devices. She has experience in various stages of litigation, such as fact investigation, discovery, claim construction, trial preparation, and general motion practice.

Rachel has an active pro bono practice where she assists with the Firm's Border Project, providing immigration counseling and representation to those fleeing persecution. She is also active in the Honorable Charles A. Pannell Jr. Intellectual Property American Inn of Court.
