Natalie A. Barnaby

Natalie Barnaby represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, arbitration proceedings, and multidistrict litigation.

Natalie's practice includes defending clients in disputes related to breach of contract, antitrust, public-private partnership (P3) transactions, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other statutory claims. She has experience in all aspects of discovery, including managing e-discovery in multidistrict litigation, briefing and motions practice, depositions, and working with fact and expert witnesses. As a member of multiple arbitration teams, she has stand-up trial experience, including conducting direct and cross-examinations of witnesses. Natalie recently completed a seven-month secondment with a global real estate client where she managed litigation for multiple service lines.

Natalie maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States. She recently led a Jones Day team in obtaining asylum for a client fleeing political persecution in Nicaragua. She has also argued a pro bono appeal before the Seventh Circuit.

Prior to law school, Natalie worked as a teacher and instructional coach with Teach For America in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
