Megan Ball represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, including mass torts and multidistrict ligations. She has experience with many aspects of litigation, including offensive and defensive discovery, fact investigation, drafting briefs and motions, performing witness interviews, and legal research.
Megan maintains an active pro bono practice, including habeas, civil forfeiture, and First Amendment claims.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Megan served as a judicial law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
