Bryan Brennan focuses his intellectual property practice on patent and trade secret litigation before federal district courts. Bryan has represented clients in a broad range of technologies, including molecular diagnostics, renewable energies, and consumer electronics. Bryan's litigation experience includes pre-lawsuit investigations, discovery, motion practice, and pretrial proceedings.
Before attending law school, Bryan spent several years working as a mechanical engineer and project manager contracting with the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory. He leverages his experience in robotics, sensor networks, microcontrollers, microchips, electrical circuits, and various coding languages to support clients in complex matters.
