Lara Stojanov represents clients in a variety of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts, with a focus on matters brought under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). She represents clients in all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, and motions practice.
Lara also maintains an active pro bono practice representing individuals applying for expungement of past convictions, individuals seeking asylum in the United States, and veterans applying for disability compensation at the Department of Veterans Affairs.
