Scott Moulin's practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, including evaluating cases; engaging in fact investigation; managing discovery; drafting pretrial, evidentiary, and dispositive motions; and assisting with trial work. He has led teams of associates, paralegals, and third-party employees at client locations in multiple states.

Recently, Scott defended a major retailer in hundreds of cases brought by state and municipal governments across the country alleging that the distribution and sale of prescription opioids constitutes a public nuisance.

Scott also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing survivors of human trafficking, clients seeking asylum in the United States, and other individuals in various immigration matters.
