Libby Dicus has nearly 20 years of experience advising and representing employers in matters arising under employment law and traditional labor law. She has secured repeated victories for clients facing single or multiplaintiff claims of discrimination, harassment, unfair labor practices, and retaliation and has defended employers in significant investigations and hearings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC), and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Libby partners with clients to establish best practices and avoid litigation. She provides strategic evaluation of up-and-coming issues such as pay equity and transparency.

Libby's experience includes issues arising under state and federal employment laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA), and the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). In addition to her practice before the NLRB, Libby's labor experience includes representing clients in all aspects of grievance and arbitration proceedings.

Libby also regularly advises on and negotiates the labor and employment aspects of multimillion and multibillion corporate transactions for public and private companies. For example, Libby recently advised on Henderson Park's $705 million acquisition of the Arizona Biltmore and on a Riverside portfolio company's acquisition of The Lash Lounge.
