Parker-Hannifin obtains $5 billion revolving credit facility and $2 billion delayed draw term loan facility

Jones Day advised Parker-Hannifin Corporation, a global leader in motion and control technologies, in connection with (i) obtaining a new revolving credit facility with KeyBank National Association, as administrative agent, to replace and upsize its current revolving credit facility to $5 billion and (ii) obtaining a three-year, $2 billion delayed draw term loan facility with a large financial institution, as administrative agent, to provide a portion of the consideration for its proposed acquisition of CIRCOR International, Inc.’s Commercial and Defense Aerospace business.
