Jones Day advised Tatung Forever Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tatung Co., Ltd., in the sale of a 90% stake in its special-purpose vehicle, Sheng Yang Energy Co., Ltd., to Thailand-based Global Renewable Power 1 Co. Ltd. (GRP1) for NT$1.5 billion.
