Jones Day assisted Intesa SanPaolo, as arranger, in reviewing documents and providing a legal opinion in connection with the Treasury Bond (Buono del Tesoro Poliennalo - BTP) issued by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ninth Issue, for a total amount of €8 billion (US$9 billion), and placed to retail clients in Italy.
