Jones Day represented Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, together with a pool of lenders comprised of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Milan Branch, and Cassa di Risparmio di Parma e PIacenza S.p.A, in drafting, the negotiation, and the execution of a new loan agreement and relevant security package in connection with the acquisition of two office buildings located respectively in Via Pirelli 18 and Via Spadolini 5, Milan.
