Alyssa also has experience advising companies on corporate governance matters and shareholder engagement.

Alyssa's recent experience includes advising The Procter & Gamble Company in its $3.8 billion acquisition of Thorne and West Pharmaceutical Services in its $112.5 million sale to AbbVie.

Alyssa was also a member of the teams that advised Boviet Solar Technology in its sale to INOX Solar Americas ($750 million); VSE Corporation in its acquisition of Aero 3, a diversified global MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul) service provider ($350 million); and Kraken in its acquisition of NinjaTrader ($1.5 billion).
