Nurlan Orujlu represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings and Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) litigation. Nurlan also conducts internal investigations on behalf of companies and represents clients in connection with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations.

Nurlan is involved in several of Jones Day's pro bono initiatives and maintains an active pro bono practice representing unaccompanied minors in immigration proceedings.

Prior to attending law school, Nurlan worked as a paralegal in a mid-sized law firm in Washington, D.C.
