Nadine Nijim practices corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions. She has in-depth experience in acquisitions, disposals, investments, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Nadine was an associate at a multinational law firm where she developed a robust background in M&A, particularly within the financial services sector. Nadine has worked on transactions for a variety of clients, including large-scale international companies as well as early-stage start-ups and private investors.
