Carolina Naranjo focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and fund investments. She regularly advises investment funds and private equity clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestments, as well as on complex corporate restructurings involving domestic and cross-border elements.
She also advises on real estate private equity transactions, assisting institutional investors and sponsors in the acquisition, structuring, and management of real estate portfolios across various asset classes.
Carolina has been involved in significant transactions for international and Spanish clients across a wide range of industries. She combines strong technical experience with a practical approach to deliver efficient, business-oriented solutions in complex transactional contexts.
In addition to her transactional practice, Carolina is actively engaged in the Firm's pro bono initiatives. She coordinates the pro bono practice of the Madrid Office and serves as a member of the office's Pro Bono Committee, regularly advising nonprofit organizations and foundations on a variety of legal matters.
