Florent Le Prado focuses his practice on private equity (venture capital, growth equity, and buyouts), mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
He primarily advises emerging growth companies, both listed and private, as well as financial sponsors and strategic investors, particularly in the artificial intelligence, software, energy transition, biotech/medtech, and fintech sectors. He acts at every stage of their development, from incorporation through exit or initial public offering (IPO) and as public companies.
Florent recently has advised Advanced Machine Intelligence (AMI), Cellectis, Contentsquare, CVE, CVE Biogaz, Edgar Suites, Enersweet, InnovaFeed, Ivalua, Kyotherm, Newheat, and Welcome to the Jungle in connection with their financing rounds. He also has represented leading investors, including Alven Capital Partners, Bpifrance, ChapsVision, Crane Venture Partners, Creadev, Elaia Partners, Fluxys, IDIA Capital Investissement, New Alpha Asset Management, OCCTE, Open CNP, Portage Ventures, Serena Capital, Sofinnova, Temasek, and Tikehau Capital.
He also recently has advised on a number of strategic transactions, including cross-border build-up acquisitions carried out by Doctolib and Contentsquare; the acquisitions of eSoftThings by Lacroix Group and Pipplet by ETS Global; the sales of Gojob to Persol, Vialink to Signaturit, and Heuritech to Luxurynsight; the leveraged buyouts of Adikteev by its management alongside AgilaCapital, Brico Privé by Florac, and Orolia by Eurazeo; the public tender offers relating to SuperSonic Imagine, Coheris, TxCell, and Orolia; and the IPOs of Medincell and Pharnext.
