Alex Hohl focuses his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2026, Alex worked in the corporate department of another international law firm. While attending law school, Alex was a graduate assistant for the Columbia Women's Basketball Team. He is also a member of the Sports Lawyers Association.
