Jean-Gabriel Griboul has extensive experience in venture and growth capital, private equity, public and private M&A, and capital markets transactions. He is recognized in numerous legal publications, including Chambers Europe that says "his commercial sense is valued by clients, one dubbing him ‘efficient, precise and pragmatic’."

Jean-Gabriel primarily represents high-growth listed and unlisted companies, their managers, as well as the private equity and industrial investors that finance them. He has acted as principal lawyer in a significant number of early to late-stage financing rounds, M&A transactions, initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, tender offers, and private placements, mainly for technology, fintech, and life sciences companies.

Jean-Gabriel's recent experience includes the representations of: Adikteev, Doctolib, Fintecture, PayFit, Paylead, Snapshift, Swapcard, Unseenlabs, Voodoo, Planity, ChapsVision, Adocia, and Nanobiotix.
