Piero Carbone focuses on cross-border corporate transactions, particularly in the area of private equity. He advises private equity firms on a range of transactions, including mid-market and large leveraged buyouts, public-to-private (P2P) transactions, buy-and-build transactions, and reorganizations.
Piero also advises private credit funds and other private capital solutions funds managers on their debt and structured investments.
