Recent transactions involve multiple matters for International Automotive Components Group, including on its exit from Europe and South Africa via the disposals of the UK business to Jaguar Land Rover; the Slovak business to Tata AutoComp Systems and Artifex Interior Systems; the German, Czech, Polish, and South African businesses to Inteva and the Spanish business to Flex-N-Gate; and on certain licensing and services arrangements in connection with the acquisition of the Swedish business by Tata AutoComp Systems. Other recent transaction include Transaction Network Services, a subsidiary of Koch Equity Development, in connection with its acquisition of BT's Radianz business; Geely on the creation of a €7 billion joint venture with Renault for the purpose of developing, manufacturing, and supplying hybrid and internal combustion engine powertrains; Infor, an affiliate of Koch Industries, on the acquisition of Acumen, a revenue growth management and highly specialized consulting company; and Mapei on the acquisition of Bitumat, a Saudi manufacturer of waterproofing materials and, separately, on the acquisition of the Wykamol Group, a UK building materials manufacturer.
