Client(s) Asbury Automotive Group, Inc.

Jones Day advised Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. in the sale of Larry H. Miller Lexus Murray, Larry H. Miller Lexus Lindon, and Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Bountiful to Ken Garff Automotive Group. The dealerships were immediately renamed Lexus of Murray, Lexus of Lindon, and Bountiful Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.
