Client(s) Intesa Sanpaolo

Jones Day assisted Intesa Sanpaolo, as arranger and (through its conduit platform) senior investor, as well as the other mezzanine and junior institutional investors, in the new securitization of salary and secured loans assisted by the sale/delegation of one-fifth of salary/pension (so-called "CQS") granted by Sigla, for a total amount up to approximately €120 million.
