Dan White represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other privately held businesses in complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, minority investments, and other equity financing transactions. Dan also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance and general corporate and commercial law matters. He has experience in a broad range of industries, including automotive, consumer goods, food and nutrition, heath care, manufacturing, professional services, supply chain/logistics, and technology.
The private equity clients Dan has recently represented include Blue Point Capital Partners, Center Rock Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley Private Equity, Radial Equity Partners, Rockwood Equity Partners, and The Riverside Company.
In 2026, Dan was recognized in Best Lawyers as Ones to Watch in America for leveraged buyouts and private equity law. Dan is also an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where he teaches second-year law students in a "Transactional Practice" course, which introduces students to corporate transactions and provides hands-on experience with tasks relevant to transactional law practice.
