Darya Vakulenko focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and white collar investigations and defense. She represents corporations and individuals in investigations before federal and international entities. She has experience with many aspects of litigation, including discovery, fact investigation, witness interviews, and drafting briefs.

Darya has conducted cross-border internal investigations into allegations of misconduct on behalf of clients in South America and Europe. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including nuclear energy, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, chemical, transportation, information technology, and infrastructure.

Darya maintains an active pro bono practice providing legal analysis and counseling related to war crimes in Ukraine and representing immigrants seeking asylum in the United States. Through the Firm's Border Project, Darya recently represented an Honduran family that secured a grant of asylum based on past persecution.
