Bill Sinchuk represents private equity funds and public and private companies in complex transactions. His practice is focused on private equity and M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, structured investments, carve-out transactions, and equity restructurings. Bill has substantial experience in the industrials space and has worked on transactions in a variety of other industries, including consumer goods, media, and hardware/software technology.
Bill's recent representations include Centre Lane Partners in its carve-out acquisitions of Monetate, Instant Pot Brands, Kellenberger Systems, and Forkardt Hardinge and divestiture of Infobase; EagleTree Capital's acquisitions of Andronaco Industries, PRA Events, Invincible Boat Company, Gaylord Chemical Company, Airtech, and CORSAIR; KKR in its capacity as lead investor in its divestitures of Cherwell Software and Jitterbit; J.F. Lehman in its acquisition of Wrist Ship Supply and divestiture of Global Marine Group; The Riverside Company's sale of Energy Exemplar to Vista Equity Partners and Blackstone; and City of Hope in its acquisition of Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
Bill is a member of the Firm's Corporate Training Committee and the New York Associates Committee.
