Josh Pittman represents clients in high-stakes litigation and investigations, including complex commercial disputes, antitrust actions, and toxic tort matters. He has experience across all litigation phases, including stand-up work at trial.

Josh helped defend an agricultural equipment manufacturer in concurrent class action and government litigation involving antitrust claims, which ended in a successful resolution. In another matter, he helped secure an order compelling an opposing party to produce substantial discovery for a supply-chain client in breach of contract and consumer protection litigation.

Josh was also part of a federal court trial team that secured a favorable verdict in a matter involving constitutional violations by an Ohio municipality. At trial, he examined key witnesses on direct and cross-examination and obtained admissions that contributed to a punitive damages award. In addition, Josh obtained favorable deposition admissions that significantly reduced expected exposure in a mass toxic tort action alleging occupational exposure to hazardous materials.i

Josh maintains an active pro bono practice and is dedicated to community service. He represents clients in civil rights matters, and he assisted a charitable organization in obtaining 501(c)(3) status. Outside of his practice, Josh serves as a debate coach for a Columbus high school.
