Bella Noyen has broad experience in commercial dispute resolution involving litigation and arbitration as well as in corporate investigations. She has been a member on multiple teams that have advised on disputes involving multinational companies in a variety of industries, private investment vehicles, and high net worth individuals.

Bella's recent representations include advising on a successful multiweek English High Court trial involving the ownership of a Premiership football club; acting for Project Today in its defense of the high-profile proceedings and search orders brought by Ocado; assisting on a claim against English solicitors for negligence in allowing a complex fraud to be committed via use of their client account; and advising on a long-running International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) claim concerning the expropriation of a uranium-processing facility in Kazakhstan.

She has also assisted clients in pro bono immigration proceedings, including successfully representing individuals seeking asylum protection within the United States.
