Taeho Kim represents public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors, in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions.
Taeho has represented clients across a range of industries, including aerospace, construction, energy, life sciences, manufacturing, and software. His recent experience includes representing Hexagon AB in its €2.7 billion carve-out sale of its Design & Engineering business to Cadence Design Systems and TopBuild in its definitive agreement to be acquired by QXO, Inc. for $17 billion. He has also advised on transactions for STERIS, Parker Hannifin, BioMarin Pharmaceutical, NorthMark Strategies, and CNX Resources.
Taeho also maintains an active pro bono practice and represents clients seeking asylum in the United States.
Prior to attending law school, Taeho worked as a legal assistant at a leading international law firm in Seoul, South Korea.
