Justice Hubbard's practice is split between complex civil litigation, mass torts, class action litigation, and counseling clients on brand development and management of global and domestic trademark portfolios in diverse industries.

He has experience in numerous litigation matters including consumer protection, toxic torts, chemical exposure, and multidistrict litigation. Justice has experience in managing case dockets, deposition and witness preparation, drafting trial outlines, and drafting various pretrial and trial motions. Moreover, he has experience in defending claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), managing litigation strategy, and negotiating settlement agreements.

In addition to complex litigation, his practice includes trademark prosecution, management, and trademark opposition and cancellation actions before the United States Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Justice maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing clients facing eviction in housing court, representing clients applying for immigration asylum, providing on the ground legal support to migrants seeking asylum in detention facilities, and engaging in the Firm's Constitutional Policing and Civil Justice Reform Initiative.
