Alexandra Davies advises on a variety of construction matters, ranging from development and investment transactions to financings across a number of industry sectors, including real estate development, energy, and infrastructure.

Alexandra has considerable experience advising on the construction aspects of complex development financing transactions and the construction aspects of real estate M&A. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2025, Alexandra worked for a Magic Circle law firm in London where she acted on behalf of institutional investors, funders, developers, and landlords.
