Dale Atkinson's practice focuses on resolving disputes arising from major projects, particularly in the transport/infrastructure and energy/resources sectors.
Dale has experience representing large national and international corporations and government bodies in arbitration and litigation proceedings, as well as regularly acting in a project advisory and pre-dispute capacity assisting clients to avoid formal legal proceedings. Dale also has experience representing clients in high-value adjudications and other dispute forums such as mediation, expert determination, and dispute review boards.
He has worked on a range of complex offshore and onshore projects, including those related to green energy and renewables, marine construction, and civil infrastructure. Dale has acted for owners, contractors, and subcontractors on projects applying both common and civil laws throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
