In this program, accomplished trial lawyers and an experienced trial consultant will share their insights on effective trial advocacy, from crafting compelling presentations for judges and juries to mastering the art of persuasion in high-stakes litigation. Our trial consultant will also share pointers for selecting a jury, eliciting pertinent information during voir dire, and making the most of mock jury exercises.
Participants will gain practical guidance on preparing for trial, building credibility, and communicating with confidence. The program will also address how to identify and manage implicit and explicit bias, both as a lawyer and as a witness in the courtroom.
