Jones Day represented UPL Corporation Limited in connection with a US$700 million term loan and revolving credit facilities agreement. The transaction comprised a US$400 million term loan facility and a US$300 million revolving credit facility, arranged by a syndicate of eight international banks with MUFG Bank, Ltd. acting as facility agent.
