Jones Day represented FCA Bank S.p.A., as originator, in connection with their new auto-loan securitization transaction, through the securitization vehicle A-Best 15, selling a portfolio with an indicative size of €1 billion of auto loans originated in Italy to purchase new or used motor vehicles.
