Jones Day advised Ranger Co-Investment Fund III-A, L.P., managed by an affiliate of LaSalle Investment Management, in their coinvestment with Colony Capital, in the acquisition of the real estate portfolio known as ‘I Villini’, 14 buildings in liberty style dating from the early twentieth century, located in Rome, Italy from UniCredit.
