Belgian cable operator VOO appeals regulatory decision mandating access to its network

Jones Day represents several Belgian cable TV operators (including VOO, Brutele, and AIESH) before the Brussels Court of Appeal in the challenge of a decision by Belgium's telecommunications regulator that mandates access to its cable network. The appeal by Tecteo, VOO, and other cable operators relates to the July 2011 decision by telecommunications regulatory group CRC to open the Belgian analog and digital TV and broadband internet markets by making access available to competitors on a wholesale basis.
