Stella's recent experience includes acting for an offshore bank in defending claims relating to fraudulent trading and dishonest assistance; advising on an internal investigation and parallel High Court litigation, involving various authorities and infrastructure companies; and bringing arbitration proceedings in the DIFC (Dubai International Financial Centre) in connection with fraud and theft allegations involving large financial institutions.
