Armelle Sandrin-Deforge exerce son activité dans le domaine du droit de l’environnement français, européen et international. Elle a développé une expertise dans le domaine des installations classées, des sites et sols pollués, des déchets, des énergies renouvelables, du changement climatique, de l’environnement en mer et sur le littoral ainsi que sur les problématiques liées à l’amiante et aux légionelles. Elle conseille une clientèle tant française qu’internationale et intervient en matière contentieuse.

Elle bénéficie d’une expérience étendue concernant les problématiques environnementales soulevées par les opérations de fusion-acquisition, notamment lors d’audit environnemental et de négociation des clauses de garanties de passif environnemental. Elle intervient également sur des questions de reporting et de communication en matière d’environnement et de développement durable, y compris dans des opérations de marchés de capitaux.

Très active dans le secteur de la santé et de l’industrie pharmaceutique, Armelle Sandrin-Deforge fait partie de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire répondant aux nouveaux défis des sciences de la vie. A ce titre, elle a représenté des exploitants, des distributeurs et des utilisateurs de médicaments, de dispositifs médicaux et de services, dans des dossiers transactionnels, réglementaires et contentieux dans ce domaine.

Armelle Sandrin-Deforge a publié de nombreux articles sur des questions de droit de l’environnement et d’énergie. Elle enseigne le droit des énergies renouvelables à l’université de Paris V-Descartes et intervient lors de conférences en droit de l’environnement et sciences de la vie.
