Emmanuelle Rivez-Domont a développé une activité principale en matière de relations collectives et de transformation et réorganisation des entreprises avec la négociation de plans de sauvegarde de l’emploi, de ruptures conventionnelles collectives ou encore d’accords de performance collective. Elle représente également les clients devant les différentes juridictions dans le cadre des contentieux collectifs.

Elle a en outre une forte expérience en matière de responsabilité de l’employeur dans le cadre de ses obligations d’hygiène et de sécurité et des risques psycho-sociaux. Elle est également très active sur les sujets de compliance dans le cadre des codes d’éthique, alertes éthiques et enquêtes internes. Elle accompagne également les clients du cabinet en matière d’ESG au niveau français et européens. Elle possède par ailleurs une expérience significative en matière de fusions et acquisitions et de contentieux.

En tant que membre du groupe « Avantages sociaux et rémunération des dirigeants » du Cabinet, elle conseille sur ces problématiques dans le cadre de plans internationaux. Elle est également membre des groupes « Restructuring & Reorganization », « Outsourcing » et « Data Privacy » du Cabinet.

Elle anime de nombreux séminaires en droit social en France et à l’étranger. Elle est régulièrement sollicitée par la presse économique, financière ou juridique sur des sujets d’actualité sociale.

Emmanuelle Rivez-Domont est l'Administrative Partner du bureau parisien du Cabinet et dirige le département Droit social.
