Lehman & Company on its acquisition of the Wrist Group, its disposal of the Global Marine Group to Keppel Infrastructure Fund, its acquisition of Mission Microwave Technologies, and the sale by portfolio company Trident Maritime Systems of Aeronautical & General Instruments to DC Capital Partners; NOVA Infrastructure on its disposal of Bold Ocean/Schuyler Line Navigation to J.P.
