Ellie Martin practices multijurisdictional commercial litigation with a focus on complex and high-value disputes. She has acted for multinational corporations in a wide range of matters including antitrust, fraud, contentious insolvency, and investment fund disputes.

Ellie's recent experience includes working on matters concerning complex allegations of unlawful means conspiracy and breach of directors' duties spanning multiple jurisdictions, as well as acting for multiple software licensing companies in breach of contract claims.

Ellie is currently acting for American Industrial Partners in connection with disputes relating to the acquisition of one of Europe's largest aluminium smelters in France. Ellie also acts for Mastercard in defense of a competition claim brought by Euronet 360 Finance and others, which is named as one of The Lawyer's Top 20 cases for 2023.
