Serena Dwerryhouse practices commercial litigation and arbitration, with a particular focus on fraud and contentious insolvency disputes.

Serena's recent experience includes acting for an offshore bank in the successful defense of £220+ million claims relating to allegations of fraudulent trading and dishonest assistance and representing a global energy company in defending a London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) arbitration involving claims for breach of contract. Serena also has experience advising corporate clients on conducting internal investigations.
