Spécialisée en fusions-acquisitions, Audrey Bontemps intervient principalement sur des opérations multi-juridictionnelles de taille intermédiaire (mid-cap). Elle conseille également fréquemment les clients français et internationaux du Cabinet sur des opérations aux montants plus significatifs (large-cap).

Sa pratique couvre plus particulièrement les opérations de fusions-acquisitions de sociétés non cotées, notamment les opérations de cessions, d'acquisitions ou d'alliances stratégiques, françaises ou transfrontalières, ainsi que le droit des sociétés et le droit des contrats. Elle conseille des grands groupes industriels et des fonds d’investissement français et internationaux de secteurs d'activités variés, et elle est notamment très active dans les domaines de l'énergie, de la chimie, de la pharmacie et de l'immobilier.

Parmi les clients récemment conseillés par Audrey Bontemps figurent : SUEZ SA dans la vente de ses activités Recyclage & Valorisation des déchets de SUEZ à PreZero, la branche environnementale du Groupe Schwarz; Total SA dans l’acquisition de Fonroche Biogaz, ainsi que Total Quadran lors de la restructuration et de la cession de 50% de divers portefeuilles d’actifs solaires et éoliens et, avant cela, Total SA lors de la cession de sa filiale de chimie de spécialités Atotech, leader mondial de la chimie de métallisation, au Groupe Carlyle et lors de la cession de son activité spécialisée dans les adhésifs à Arkema ; Calgon Carbon lors de son acquisition de l’activité charbons actifs et agents de filtration du groupe Arkema. Elle est également intervenue sur des opérations de fusions-acquisitions pour Sanofi, Novartis et Solvay.

Par ailleurs, Audrey Bontemps intervient dans le domaine du M&A bancaire. A ce titre, elle a notamment conseillé My Money Bank dans la cession de son activité de financement automobile en France métropolitaine à Financo, membre du groupe Arkea, ainsi qu'Euronext dans la prise d'une participation minoritaire dans la chambre de compensation LCH SA.
