Global payroll company resolves putative wage and hour class action on individual basis

Jones Day successfully resolved a putative wage and hour class action and claims under the California Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) filed against a global payroll company. The dismissal came after a voluntary exchange of information between the parties relating to claims for unreimbursed expenses, improper deductions from wages and failure to pay timely wages.
