Uni-Select finances acquisition of Parts Alliance

Jones Day represented Uni-Select, Inc., a leader in the automotive refinish and industrial paint and related products in North America, in connection with the financing of its acquisition of Parts Alliance, a UK-based automotive replacement parts distributor. The financing consisted of an amendment of the credit agreement governing its existing term loan credit facility, resulting in the issuance of new tranches of term loans in the approximate amount of $525 million and restructuring of its internal organizational structure pursuant to a REPO tax refinancing arrangement.
