NioCorp issues Common Shares and Pre-Funded Warrants

Jones Day represented NioCorp Developments Ltd. in an underwritten public offering of (i) 6,628,846 Common Shares, without par value and (ii) 1,063,462 Pre-Funded Warrants to purchase up to an additional 1,063,462 Common Shares. Following the exercise of the underwriter’s over-allotment option, total gross proceeds to the company from the offering, before underwriting discounts and offering expenses, were approximately $20.8 million.
