Jones Day advised Bpifrance, Viveris Management, and IRDI in connection with their purchase of €12 million (US$16.2 million) of Series C Preferred Stock in a private placement by Fermentalg, a cleantech company that specializes in the development of a microalgae-based technology used to produce molecules of interest.
