Jones Day represented Crédito Real, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, E.N.R., one of the principal payroll lending, durable goods financing, and microcredit finance companies in Mexico, in connection with its issuance of MXN$270 million (US$21 million) of Notes on the Mexican Stock Exchange on July 14, 2009. The Notes were underwritten by Ixe Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V.
