Jones Day advised Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan, Inc. the world's largest integrated fertilizer and related industrial and feed products company, in connection with its $2 billion repurchase of Common Shares in what is the largest announced stock repurchase in Canada 2010.

Announced stock repurchase under the program commenced on November 18, 2010 and will terminate not later than November 17, 2011.
